6/19/2012: Konica Minolta Sensing Americas Exhibits at The LED Show 2012 – Booth #500
Ramsey, NJ, June 19, 2012
Konica Minolta Sensing Americas, Inc. (KMSA), the worldwide leader in the industrial measurement of color, light and shape, announces its participation as an exhibitor at The LED Show 2012, being held at the Rio Pavilion Convention Center in Las Vegas,
Nevada July 31st – August 1st, 2012.
KMSA will be exhibiting at The LED Show for the first time this year. They will be showcasing their full line of light measurement instruments used in the LED and lighting industry, including the all new CL-500A Illuminance Spectrophotometer. One of the biggest advantages of this stand-alone, lightweight instrument is that it displays CRI and spectral graphs directly on the unit. It also measures color temperature, illuminance and chromaticity.
Konica Minolta will also be displaying the CL-200A Chroma Meter; the successor to the CL-200. It can accurately measure illuminance, color temperature, chromaticity, dominant wavelength and excitation purity of various light sources. It was designed to be
highly reliable in measuring the color temperature of white LEDs, which has traditionally been very difficult.
“We’re really excited to be exhibiting at this show for the first time,” said Jay Catral, Regional Sales Manager for Konica Minolta Sensing. “Our newest instrument, the CL-500A, is a pioneer for the LED and lighting industry. Many customers have been waiting for this to launch since CRI has become such an important factor in measuring light sources today.”
