– 28th, 2012.

showcasing their color measurement instruments, including the BC-10 Baking Contrast Meter which has the ability to measure the color of fried, processed, or baked foods as well as food ingredients in various environments to ensure quality and consistency in appearance.  Also on hand will be the bench top CM-5 Spectrophotometer that can measure a variety of sample sizes and forms.
