11/16/2012: Color Seminar in Baltimore, MD

Ramsey, NJ – November 16, 2012

Konica Minolta Sensing will be hosting a free color seminar next month to detail the measurement and evaluation of color to improve color quality in products. During this hands-on session, guests will learn the fundamentals of color science, how to measure and evaluate the color of products, and how an effective color evaluation process improves product quality and saves money during manufacturing and production. As an added bonus, a free color assessment will be provided to any guest who brings a product sample.

This workshop is scheduled for December 12th, 2012 at Pimlico Race Course in Baltimore, MD.  A wide range of topics will be covered, including:

  • Fundamentals of Color Science
  • Lab vs. Quality – QC vs. Research Work
  • CIE Lab – What it Means for Controlling Color
  • How Instruments & Software Quantify and Manage Color
  • Color Difference Measurements
  • Tolerances: How Close is too Close?
  • Application Needs and Solutions
