A cor \u00e9 um fator importante na apar\u00eancia. O olho humano \u00e9 sens\u00edvel e pode captar a diferen\u00e7a de cor dos componentes adjacentes, como por exemplo entre os pain\u00e9is e o acabamento da porta. Como diferentes fornecedores fabricam v\u00e1rios componentes, diferen\u00e7as de cores podem ocorrer devido a diferen\u00e7a entre materiais, pigmentos e processos de moldagem.<\/p>\n<p>Para obter harmonia entre as cores, os fabricantes de autom\u00f3veis inspecionam a entrada dos componentes na f\u00e1brica com um <a href=\"https:\/\/sensing.konicaminolta.us\/br\/products\/espectrofotometro-cm-26dg\/\">espectrofot\u00f4metro<\/a>. Um espectrofot\u00f4metro normalmente fornece dados de medi\u00e7\u00e3o de cores usando o espa\u00e7o de cores L* a* b*. Por exemplo, a diferen\u00e7a de cor no valor b* indica que a cor est\u00e1 amarelada ou azulada em compara\u00e7\u00e3o com a cor do padr\u00e3o. Ao medir a cor com um espectrofot\u00f4metro, a qualidade \u00e9 inspecionada de forma precisa e pode ent\u00e3o ser comunicada para se atingir o n\u00edvel ideal.<\/p>\n<p>\u00c9 importante manter a harmonia das cores sob diferentes condi\u00e7\u00f5es de ilumina\u00e7\u00e3o. A harmonia entre as cores deve ser igual tanto no showroom da concession\u00e1ria, sob luz fluorescente, quanto ao se dirigir sob a luz do dia em uma rodovia. Como um espectrofot\u00f4metro mede a cor atrav\u00e9s de um sensor espectral, ele pode calcular e gerar dados em uma ampla gama de condi\u00e7\u00f5es para verificar a harmonia das cores em v\u00e1rios tipos de ilumina\u00e7\u00e3o, condi\u00e7\u00e3o fundamental para um programa de inspe\u00e7\u00e3o de qualidade.<\/p>\n<p>Al\u00e9m da cor, o brilho tamb\u00e9m impacta na apar\u00eancia. A utiliza\u00e7\u00e3o do mesmo pigmento no mesmo material, pode resultar em uma apar\u00eancia diferente ao olho humano se o acabamento superficial dos materiais for diferente. Por exemplo, o couro sint\u00e9tico \u00e9 amplamente usado em pain\u00e9is. Sua superf\u00edcie com desenhos e acabamentos exclusivos confere um acabamento luxuoso. Ainda que seja utilizado o mesmo pigmento em uma mesma formula\u00e7\u00e3o de couro sint\u00e9tico, ele ter\u00e1 uma apar\u00eancia diferente caso sua textura seja modificada. A textura pode dar um acabamento brilhante ou fosco em uma superf\u00edcie. Neste caso um instrumento como um medidor de brilho \u00e9 utilizado para medir essas diferen\u00e7as.<\/p>\n<p>Cor e brilho s\u00e3o dois fatores importantes na avalia\u00e7\u00e3o da apar\u00eancia. Na produ\u00e7\u00e3o, um medidor de brilho \u00e9 amplamente utilizado em conjunto com um espectrofot\u00f4metro.
