Sin embargo, hay una diferencia cuando un color es creado independientemente como poder ser por la bombilla de luz. A esto se lo denomina fuente de color. La siguiente es una explicaci\u00f3n simple de las diferencias entre objeto y fuente de color.<\/p>\n<p><b><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"inline-image alignright wp-image-10926 size-full\" src=\"https:\/\/sensing.konicaminolta.us\/wp-content\/uploads\/lc-color-object-vs-source-01-1.jpg\" alt=\"Difference Between Object Color and Source Color\" width=\"336\" height=\"139\" \/>Diferencias en las definiciones<\/b><br \/>\nHay tres factores b\u00e1sicos que est\u00e1n involucrados cuando una persona observa el color de un objeto. Est\u00e1 la iluminaci\u00f3n, el objeto y la percepci\u00f3n del observador. Sin embargo, cuando se observa una fuente, s\u00f3lo existen dos factores: la distribuci\u00f3n espectral de la fuente de luz y la percepci\u00f3n del observador. Las f\u00f3rmulas para estos tres conceptos se ilustran a continuaci\u00f3n:<\/p>\n<p>Para el color de un objeto, se necesita determinar y evaluar la distribuci\u00f3n espectral de los iluminantes. Esto se debe a que el color se ve diferente cuando var\u00eda la fuente de luz. No se requieren los iluminantes cuando la fuente de luz de color es medida ya que el color de la fuente de luz en s\u00ed mismo debe ser determinado.<\/p>\n<p><b>Diferencia en las definiciones<\/b><br \/>\nLas condiciones geom\u00e9tricas de la iluminaci\u00f3n y recepci\u00f3n \u00f3ptica deben ser consideradas porque el color de un objeto puede variar seg\u00fan condiciones diferentes. 6 tipos de condiciones han sido enumeradas y definidas por el CIE. Estas condiciones no determinan la fuente de luz del color. Sin embargo, existen ciertas caracter\u00edsticas angulares en donde la tonalidad var\u00eda dependiendo en los tipos de fuentes de luz y \u00e1ngulos de visi\u00f3n, como con los LCDs.
