Spectrodensitometers

A spectrodensitometer makes use of spectral data, providing densitometric readings at discrete spectral intervals. Konica Minolta Spectrodensitometers streamline color adjustment in printing even when paper substrates have fluorescent whitening agents. Spectrodensitometers measure the light source and then calculate data and adjust colors based on that source so that color appears uniform to the human eye.

Konica Minolta has raised the bar yet again by creating VFS (virtual fluorescence standard) technology. The FD series allows users to evaluate color while controlling for paper fluorescence.

The FD Series spectrodensitometers provide precise and reliable evaluation, even on substrates with fluorescent whitening agents.
