Fritz Baltutat
Fritz Baltutat is the senior manager for the Color & Appearance business unit at Konica Minolta Sensing Americas. He has devoted his career to the field of color science and theory for over 29 years. Throughout that time, Fritz has assisted clients in solving color related issues based on his broad knowledge of industries, applications, and in-depth understanding of the company’s color measurement equipment.

Norm Demers
With Almost 30 years in the world of color measurement and over 18 of those years have been spent with Minolta ISD and then with Konica Minolta Sensing helping customers better understand color and color measurement. He has been able to work with customers to help them better understand how to use their instruments and better understand the data that the instrument has generated. Norm has been able to help customers improve their products and process and has worked with a wide variety of instruments from colorimeters to the latest in non-contact color measurement in the NC-1.
