The CM-17d is a vertical portable spectrophotometer designed to be simple to configure and use. It has an electronic viewfinder for easy positioning and is excellent for measuring small samples and curved surfaces. It is ergonomically designed to be easy to grip and is designed to be used in various measurement scenarios, including one-handed work. Stress-free hardware design includes easy positioning with the electronic viewfinder, improved visibility with a slight tilt of the operation screen, and a comfortable workspace with wireless connectivity.
The CM-17d offers higher accuracy and shorter measurement time. It has a di:8°and de:8°integrating sphere compatible with the previous CM-700d series, along with the improved measurement accuracy of black color.
The CM-17d portable spectrophotometer offers unprecedented accuracy/inter-instrument agreement (IIA), usually only found for laboratory-grade instrumentation or benchtop models. This precision allows for superior color communication throughout the supply chain from supplier to final assembly. The inter-instrument agreement of the chromaticity value (average for 12 BCRA color tiles) is within ΔE 0.12 for the CM-17d spectrophotometer.
The CM-17d comes with a new charging cradle integrated with the zero-calibration box. This stand-type cradle allows for convenient storage and charging of the device, ensuring peace of mind during off-measurement time. The white calibration cap can be safely stored in the front of the cradle, eliminating the risk of losing it and providing a sense of security.
The CM-17d offers stable and reliable measurement data over time through its optional WAA (Wavelength Analysis & Adjustment), an innovative function that analyzes and adjusts for any wavelength shift during each calibration.
