The BC-10 Baking Contrast Meter is a handheld, portable colorimeter designed to evaluate the color of baked, fried, smoked, and processed foods, including crusts, crumbs, and ingredients. Capable of measuring color and lightness/darkness characteristics, this reliable instrument allows users to establish and meet color quality standards more efficiently, maintain consistency in each batch of material, and monitor the baking and production process more effectively.
