CR-400 and 410 Chroma Meters – How to Reset Illuminant

Konica Minolta Sensing’s CR-400 and 410 series Chroma Meters accurately capture Absolute and Difference measurements for a variety of samples. Combined with SpectraMagic NX software, you can identify color characteristics, determine color difference, and provide pass/fail assessments for comprehensive color analysis. When you receive your new Chroma Meter, or send it to Konica Minolta Sensing’s Service department in Ramsey NJ, your instrument will be configured to the ”C illuminant,” which is a factory setting. This quick start series will show you how to reset an illuminant. You will go into PC mode on the C.R.-400/410, reset the illuminant, and enter calibration data.
