TOP 200 Telescopic Optical Probe
The TOP 200 has been completely redesigned and is currently based on Pritchard style optics with an integrated alignment camera. Typical uses for the TOP 200 telescopic optical probe include testing of displays and panel graphics. Unlike the previous model (TOP 100), all functions are now software controlled; manual operation is no longer required except for focus adjustment.
The Pritchard style optic allows the viewing area around the spot to be observed and monitored during measurements. The alignment camera produces an image which is then automatically imported by the SpecWin Pro software and saved with the measurement results.

Features
- With the Instrument Systems TOP 200 telescopic optical probe, image spots are delivered in a perfect, round shape with Pritchard optics and an aperture mirror with just 15DEG of incline (note that blur and ellipticity are often experienced with other manufacturers’ products)
- Extremely low polarization sensitivity and reproducible results are guaranteed, thanks to our mode mixer, which is incorporated into the optical fiber connection
- A wide viewing field is possible with the internal alignment camera
- Able to measure spots as small as 80 um
- An optional function allows the test object to be illuminated
