· High-Speed Photodiode Measurement The PD-100 series offers calibrated, traceable photodiodes for radiant power and luminous flux analysis, supporting wavelengths from 400–1700 nm. Ideal for pulsed sources such as VCSELs and LEDs, these detectors integrate seamlessly with spectrometers for comprehensive LIV curve analysis.
· Laser Beam Characterization The VTC-2400 and VTC-4000 systems provide far-field and near-field imaging for VCSEL arrays and individual emitters. With up to 12 MP resolution, polarization calibration, and spectral coupling options, these solutions deliver precise beam profiling, divergence, and power mapping.
· Display Measurement Software LumiSuite software enables flexible, image-based analysis for display testing. From uniformity checks to automotive-standard evaluations, its modular design and SDK integration streamline workflows for high-end display characterization and correction.
Model Overview
PD 100 photodiodes are compact measuring instruments that can be perfectly integrated into a measuring system for luminous flux or radiant power with an Instrument Systems integrating sphere. They are the perfect complement for fast measurements in production.
The LumiTop 4000 and LumiTop 5300 imaging colorimeters from Instrument Systems are used together with a CAS spectroradiometer for measuring the luminance and color uniformity of displays in the production line.
The LumiTop X series was specially designed to meet the increasingly demanding measurement tasks in display measurement technology while providing a high degree of flexibility to the customer. The new LumiTop X20 and LumiTop X30 form the latest generation featuring the innovative 3-in-1 concept of our LumiTop test systems.
With the LumiSuite software, Instrument Systems has developed a comprehensive software platform for display characterizations based on X,Y,Z images taken with our spectrally enhanced imaging colorimeters LumiTop 2700 or LumiTop 4000.
The LumiTop-Series combines the accuracy of Instrument Systems’ well-known spectroradiometers CAS-Series with the obvious advantages of imaging colorimetry.
