This not only diversifies the already wide application possibilities for Instrument Systems Spectrometers, but makes them more universally and effortlessly installed. Whether it’s measuring spectral transmission properties in normal light incidence, measuring ultra violet or infrared, or collecting radiation and measurements of irradiance, Instrument Systems has developed an accessory to meet your specific needs. Model Overview
Instrument Systems integrating sphere ISP 150 T/R is ideally suited to determination of the transmission and degree of reflection of diffusely scattering samples. The design of the ISP 150 T/R satisfies the requirements of Standard DIN 5036 for diffuse reflection measurements with regard to the internal diameter, measurement port and angle of incidence. The coating of the ISP 150 T/R consists of barium sulfate.
Instrument Systems has developed a comprehensive range of accessories for its DMS systems. These include precise and fast light meters, temperature control chambers and light sources, together with positioning and control units. It represents a complete display measuring system for the full electro-optical characterization of displays in one setup.
The ACU is a new compact control unit for ACS calibration standards from Instrument Systems. It contains a high-precision constant current source in a compact desktop housing in addition to a TEC controller for accurate temperature stabilization.
The TRA 100 is a transmission measurement adapter which allows for determination of the spectral transmission properties under normal light incidence for a wide range of materials. Some applications for this accessory adapter include the characterization of glasses and optical filters.
All Instrument Systems spectrometers are compatible with the TRA 100. It can be attached to a spectrometer and couple the transmitted light in two ways. Either with a multimode fiber and SMA connector or with a fiber bundle.
There are two options available to provide a light source to the TRA 100. A compact 10W halogen lamp fixed to the head is your first options. The second is a fiber connector to be used with the LS 100 or LS 500 light sources by Instrument Systems. When coupled with an external light source full spectral range is only possible when used with an appropriate lamp like the LS 500 (with a deuterium and halogen lamp).
Instrument Systems provides a range of optical probes for measuring irradiance and illuminance, and also for general coupling of light into the spectrometer.
